The store is not ready for the festival season at all. There weren't that many customers but the management was poor. The wait for food was very long. I ordered only 5 items and waited for more than 1 hour and the food I ordered was still not complete.
Steps for serving strange food Serve the main course There were no cutlery, so had to call the staff to bring more. Water and Coke drinks It came 10 minutes after the first dish was served (actually the water should come first), instead of serving plates + drinks > appitizer > main course, etc. But this one was all mixed up. Not suitable for a restaurant
In closing, I feel sorry for the female employees who wear glasses. I had to wait and apologize again and again about the food being late. But the food is slow, really slow. I accidentally ordered Grab from another restaurant and it arrived before the kitchen at this restaurant was finished. Queue management is very poor. Please improve it. As far as I've read reviews from foreigners. The store has had this problem for a long time. But the food tastes normal. The atmosphere is broken because the building beams completely block the view. Not as beautiful as the review picture

An Amazing space with a great vibe, good drinks and food and an incredible view over the city and the mountains behind. The perfect place for watching the sun set and grabbing a delicious cocktail! It’s a must in the city of Chiang mai. Will definitely be back!

Visited this bar twice, once just for a beer and second time to have some drinks on New Year’s Eve. Staff (waitress) are nice and spoke English well. However we ordered 2 drinks, one came after 10 minutes and we were waiting for the second one for more than 20 mins. When I came to ask about the drink the waitress told me to wait because the bartender was talking to his girlfriend on the phone 😁 she seemed as annoyed as I was at the moment.
Was recommended from a local friend in chiangmai, kind staffs, good services, good food and best view in the heart of the city with mountains view ! Definitely worth the visiting ! Definitely will visiting again ! See you again Copacabana bar !
Best place in Chiang Mai for Sunset. You can't come to Chiang Mai and not visit this bar. You have a perfect view of Ta Phae gate and the sun setting behind the mountains. Simply beautiful. They have a good selection of drinks and food. The owner and the staff are super friendly, and the bar plays Latin music, and there is enough room for dancing. The entrance is through the Chinese restaurant downstairs. They have free WiFi, and they accept only cash. Highly recommend it.
